At this time, memorial ring orders are available by shipping only. Because each order contains irreplaceable pet ashes, we've chose to handle all memorial orders through our keepsake kit and prepaid shipping process to ensure every memorial is received, tracked, and cared for with the utmost respect from start to finish. Once our storefront opens, we will be happy to offer Local Pick Up and Drop-Off for memorial ring orders.

How It Works
1. Place your order.
2. We’ll ship your keepsake kit within 1–2 business days.
3. Return approximately one teaspoon of ashes (you can send multiple pet ashes) using the included prepaid mailer.
4. Your ring is handcrafted with care.
5. We’ll ship your completed ring back to you in a beautiful gift box.
Please review the color options in the pictures provided. Don't see a color you want? Feel free to make a note in your check out comments and I will do my best to match the color or contact you if I am unable.
Please note-the women's sterling silver adjustable ring fits approximate ring size of 5-9. For the men's rings you will need to specifically pick your ring size.

Turnaround Time
* Your keepsake kit ships within 1–2 business days after your order is placed.
* Most customers receive their kit within 5–8 business days, depending on USPS delivery times.
* Once your ashes are received, please allow approximately 2–3 weeks for your handcrafted ring to be completed and shipped back to you.
Every ring is individually handmade. While many orders may be completed sooner, this timeframe allows for ordering your selected ring style (when needed), careful craftsmanship, proper curing time, and quality inspection.

A Few Things to Know
* Only approximately one teaspoon of ashes is needed to create your memorial ring.
* Any unused ashes are respectfully returned with your completed order.
* You only pay one shipping fee when your keepsake kit is sent to you. We provide a prepaid return mailer, and shipping of your completed ring back to you is included.
* Each ring is individually handcrafted, making every piece one of a kind.
* Because every memorial ring is handmade using your pet’s unique ashes, slight variations in color, pattern, and appearance are natural and expected. Ash color and composition vary from pet to pet, making each keepsake truly one of a kind. While we strive to closely match your selected color, no two rings will ever be exactly alike.

* Remove before swimming or showering.
* Avoid harsh chemicals and cleaners.
* Store in a dry location when not being worn.
* Polish with the included polishing cloth as needed.
